MEET ‘MEET’, GOOGLE’S VIDEO CONFERNCING APP

Quite not too cool, Big daddy Google has now launched their seventh messaging application, if we are not mistaken. Maybe this is not just their way but they have launched a new video conferencing app, ‘MEET’.

MEET might not even be given an opportunity to break into the market especially given the fact that skype already has a considerable number of users already. It will be very tedious work trying to change the loyalty of these users especially given Google’s record in the aspect, but again, anything can happen in the business world. We’re waiting to see.

YES… SNAPCHAT WENT PUBLIC

When Snapchat Inc. was registered last year, some people might have seen this coming but most certainly did not see it. Well, here it is as big company and Facebook nightmare, Snapchat is now a public limited company and upon listing, priced its shares at $17. Please do remember that an IPO also valued the company at $24 billion.

The question we have been asking is that given the way Facebook is hell bent on wrecking Snapchat and putting them in the ground, would it still be a right choice to invest in the company? Lets hear your sincere view.

UPDATES ON GMAIL

In the month of March, Google gave Gmail some notable and commendable upgrade. One of which is the increase in the size of attachment it can receive. YES, Gmail can now receive up to 50 MB in attachment.

Another upgrade is the mobile money transfer feature which is now supported by the Gmail for android. Though, the feature had been on the web before now. You can now send and receive money making use of the Google wallet.

A third upgrade allow you to stream videos directly from your Gmail before downloading. You want to save data? This is for you. Watch videos just like you can read documents from the Gmail. The month of March was a back to back hit for Gmail.

SMART MOVE BY NOKIA ON NOKIA 6

Hey guys, you might not believe me but I make bold to say that the design of the Nokia 6 smartphone has been patented. Given the kind of acceptability that phone met in the market, including selling out in less than a minute, I don’t think the makers have any choice but to do this. They are doing a great job too. Thumbs up to HMD global.

WELCOME SUPER MARIO RUN ON ANDROID
