Writer. Asides being a writer, I'm incredible!

Google Freetel Ice 2 plus arrives as one of the Freetel smart phones released by Freetel. Freetel, the Japanese OEM has engulfed absolutely fantastic specs in its devices. This smart device comes to Nigeria due to the partnership between Google and MTN.  Here at techproducts, we love to update you with regular info, that’s why we decided to bring you this piece. Freetel Ice 2 plus comes in plastic material build and beautiful aesthetic.  Just stay back and relax.

DISPLAY

The smartphone has 5.5 inches with HD display. Freetel Ice 2 plus’s display also comes with the 2.5D Curved glass. The screen resolution of the screen’s display is 720 x 1280 pixels. The screen lacks a defender against scratch attacks. It’s screen display type is the IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen.

CAMERA

Its camera has a 5MP quality for taking pictures. The front camera has 2MP shooter for taking selfies. The front camera lacks a LED flash. Sorry, I almost forgot, the rear has a LED flash for brightening images in low light conditions.

PROCESSOR AND OS

The smartphone uses the MediaTek MT6580 as the chipset with its processor being a Quad core processor. This processor uses a max speed of 1.2GHz. It’s processor speed is extremely low, I must assert.  The smartphone runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS.

MEMORY

Freetel Ice 2 plus has a 1GB RAM that has no other function than to control multitasking and running of apps. Bearing in mind that the smartphone’s RAM is low, it’ll be advisable to minimize apps installed on the device. The smartphone has an 8GB ROM that takes care of storage of music, files, images and documents. This storage space can also be extended with a micro SD card usage.

BATTERY

its battery capacity is very much on the average side as it has its figures at 2,800mAh. Another thing is that the battery is non-removable and lacks a Quick charge feature. It is a Lithium ion battery type.

PRICE

  • Google Freetel Ice 2 Plus has a starting price of 24,000 Naira.
