For the past few days now, Nokia has been on the lips and news feed on almost everybody’s like, bother techie and non techie alike. They resolved to bring back the Nokia 3310 phone some seeks back. Many people have applauded the move while others have criticized it.

Well, all we’ve been doing is hear them all this while. But today, it has been officially launched, and now, we have decided to bring you the full specs of the Nokia 3310 phone and what we think about them. Does it match up with the way it was from its first life or has it significantly reduced?

DESIGN AND DISPLAY

The new Nokia 3310 feature phone measures 115.60 mm in length x 51.00 mm in breadth and 12.80 mm in thickness. From these measurements, you’d already have an idea about its similarity with the previous Nokia 3310. The phone is – had always been – a thick one.

The phone features a 2.40 inches screen which might not be too different from the previous version. The resolution is 240 × 320 pixels while it has different col our variants including Warm Red (Glossy), Dark Blue (Matte), Yellow (Glossy) and Grey (Matte).

TECHNOLOGY OF THE NOKIA 3310 (2017)

Quite remarkably, the Nokia 3310 now supports double Sim ports. Yea, this new feature phone now uses two Sims. But as expected, it does not support 3G, neither does it support the 4G network.

MEMORY

This aspects seem to interest me as the Nokia 3310 packs an internal memory of 16 GB and can be expanded with the help of a micro SD card to the capacity of 32 GB.

NOKIA 3310 (2017) CAMERA

The camera of this phone adds up to a whooping 2 MP. Ohh.. did I just call it ‘whooping’? Were you expecting anything higher than that? I was not.

Also, the Nokia 3310 (2017) does not have a front facing camera. If it did, can you guess how big the capacity would be? Maybe 1 MP – if they were to be part of the selfie discriminating gang.

NOKIA 3310 (2017) BATTERY

I don’t know if to call this one impressive or not but this Nokia 3310 feature phone packs a 1200 mAh battery. Should be a very impressive one though when compared relatively to other smartphone battery capacities.

PRICE OF THE NOKIA 3310 (2017)

Now, let’s see if it beats its previous version to get a higher price. This version costs 40 euros which upon conversion costs around N13,000. It sure beats it.

  1. Lol! This is my first phone far back as 2004. It was heavy but easy to use. The version is good and I think it’s worth it, trust me!
