Most times when doing a heavy operations on our high-end devices, the operations could be making a phone calls for a very long time, watching live videos online or watching Youtube videos online, it is normal for our phones to get hot, in a normal circumstances, this is should be normal but at a time when our devices become too heat up due to drawing up of power from the smartphone battery it becomes a real issue. So TechRadar decides to test the coolest and hottest devices by playing Real Racing in the major high-end phones, which are iPhone 6 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, LG 5, HTC 10, Nexus 6 P and  One Plus 3. Here was the final results


Each device measured about 77 degrees Fahrenheit before playing the game.

After 5 minutes, we had:

  • Coolest:  Galaxy S7 Edge – 89.6 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Hottest: HTC 10 – 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit

After 15 minutes – 

  • Coolest: Galaxy S7 Edge – 94.5 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Hottest: HTC 10 – 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit

After 45 minutes – 

  • Coolest: Galaxy S7 Edge – 100.2 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Hottest: HTC 10 – 107.6 degrees Fahrenheit

After 2 hours – 

  • Coolest: Galaxy S7 Edge – 101.7 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Hottest: HTC 10 – 111.2 degrees Fahrenheit
