Another recently lunched smartphone from Swipe Technologies is the Swipe Neo Power. This smartphone enters into the league of budget smartphones such as Swipe Elite 4G released by Swipe Technologies into the Indian market. This smartphone has a feature that assures screen protection in similitude to Swipe Elite 4G. This feature is the Corning Gorilla Glas. Well, this is beginning to seem like a trademark from the OEM.
The smartphone has a 4.0 inches screen display size. Its screen size is a very low screen size even though its budget nature is put into consideration. A little bit more screen size would have been better. The screen display type is the IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with pixel density of 294 ppi. The smartphone is well protected from scratches and dust with a Corning Gorilla Glass. Its screen resolution is at a low 850 x 480 pixels (FWVGA) for the clarity of texts, images and icons.
Its rear camera has an 5MP quality for shooting pictures as well as a LED flash for the brightening of images. The front of the smartphone has a low 2MP shooter for taking selfies. Its front camera is void of a LED flash.
PROCESSOR AND OPERATING SYSTEM (OS)
Swipe Elite 4G uses a quad-core processor that runs at a clock speed of 1.3GHz. For the records, the processor speed is low for the processing of operations on the smartphone. Its operating system is the Android v6.0 Marshmallow.
Let’s just put it simply; the storage and RAM of this smartphone is Swipe Elite 4G’s storage and RAM’s half. Its internal memory is 4GB. The internal memory is very low for the storage of files such as music, videos, documents and photos. Its internal memory can also be extended up to 64GB with the use of a micro SD card. The smartphone uses a 512MB RAM for the running of apps and apps multitasking. I have to point it out that its RAM is extremely low.
Its battery compartment is the same as Swipe Elite 4G’s battery. As Swipe Neo Power’s powerhouse, a 2500mAh Li-Ion non-removable battery is made available.
The smartphone has 4G LTE with VoLTE connectivity.
