USADF – All On Nigeria Off-Grid Energy Challenge Call for Proposals ($100,000)
This is a challenge that kicked off in 2013, its aim is to bring affordable and renewable energy to rural communities across Africa.The Off-Grid Energy Challenge has since 2103 seen an investment of over $7 million in 75 energy entrepreneurs and in 9 countries to make available off-grid energy solutions to rural communities.
The United States African Development Foundation (USADF) and All On require people with proposals that carry innovations that will help the power situation in underserved areas of Nigeria. Requirements for Application are developing, scaling up or extending energy technologies to off-grid areas of Nigeria. You must be 100% owned by an African indigene, majority Nigerian-owned and also managed by Nigerian registered private companies and fully operating in Nigeria.
