Scholarship Details

The Vitafoam Management Trainee Program (MTP) is meant at grooming young and talented Nigerian graduates in different fields of business. During the 18-month period, trainees get exposed to aspects of business with a mix of projects, classroom, and hands-on experience.

After the training, participants with the best performance will be absorbed and placed in their job roles. The program focuses on employability skills, with a keen focus on Integrity, Innovativeness, Entrepreneurship, Smart Work, and Tenacity.

Internship Requirements

Applicants are expected to have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2.1 at First Degree.
• Must not be more than 27 years by September 2022.
• Have a minimum of 5 O’level credits (including English & Maths)
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme latest by September 2022.

Duration and Reward

Candidates with the best performance at the end of the 18-month period will be fully employed by the company. In addition, this is a paid internship and hence there will be monthly stipends attached.
